Before giving a presentation or showcase you will have the opportunity to:
- Familiarise yourself with the software.
- Be trained in it's use as an owner.
- Be shown all modes of presentation.
- Receive short training update prior to your showcase.

What You do...
It will be your responsibility to bring in your guests, you will need to give them adequate advance notice of your showcase/conference and the download location of the software. 1 day before your showcase/conference you will be issued with a password, you will need to pass this along to your clients/guests as without it the room cannot be accessed.
We are not rigid about timing so if your showcase goes over time no need to worry, however we do not encourage this as the rooms may be needed for another client.
